exercise

Every muscle in my legs feels strained to the ripping point. Not tight knots but stretched to its maximum limit. I don't know if this was 40 minutes on the elliptical or 15 minutes of failed jog/walking.

The 15 minutes was worlds more difficult than the 40.

Tonight, pilates and maybe yoga too.

Monday, evil DVD.

Tuesday, cycle class.

Wednesday, evil DVD.

Thursday, weights and elliptical.

Friday -- Well, nothing, Halloween inspired drinking.
